Shipping policy

General shipping terms

Our products are shipped globally from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Memishop will process every order as quickly as possible to deliver your products within the listed business days after the order confirmation. Shipping times are indicative and cannot be guaranteed as we have a dependency on our partners (parcel companies) to make the delivery. During peak periods, dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual. 

Insurance & lost packages

Memishop insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until delivery. A signature is required for all goods delivered. Post signature, the responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself (e.g. gifts), you accept their signature as evidence of delivery and transfer all liability over to them. Memishop is not responsible for lost items once a package has been delivered and signed off.

Delivery methods

Currently, we only offer Free delivery service on all our orders. You may be contacted by delivery company with a request for additional information to comply with local customs requirements. Please provide them with the required information to ensure they can clear your order from customs.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched and be updated of the delivery steps by e-mail.

Fees for uncollected packages

If a package is not collected on time and is returned to our warehouse, the return handling fee will apply and will be deducted from customers amount.
